Hi my name John Cusick,
I am a 30 Plus Personal Trainer based in Southend On Sea and Lucky enough to be the owner of the 30 Plus Bootcamp for Lads Southend. I have been a Personal Trainer for Over 11 years and never had to battle with my weight until a couple of years ago when,whilst sat at a round about I got hit from behind by a Mercedes Sprinter with bull bars. It bloody hurt !! . Worst though was the fact that it put me out of action training wise for over a year. It meant I had to take a job in Gym Management so was working 60 hours a week on shifts added to the fact was helping my girl friend raise her little girl so no lie ins at the weekends to recover. I was FAT , UNFIT , STRESSED, and WITH LITTLE TIME. With my Back still being crap so I could not use external weights and wanting to be nowhere near a gym after spending so much time there at work , I used body weight exercises to start to regain my fitness slowly starting with just 15 mins a couple of times a week. This was great because I could work out at home after we had a dinner all together. As my fitness improved ,the weight started to come off , I added Kettlebells (my favourite) but still could not get my twenties body back. So I had to examine my Diet. This was the first time I had to worry about my diet I had always been lucky before. I got this nailed with out ever feeling like I was dieting and kept a few cheat meals and rarely did not eat basically the same as the rest of the family. The Final Key to my return to awesomeness was when I studied Hormones. The simple changes I made to help balance my cortisol (stress) and other hormones not only paved the way to getting my body back but made me feel like I had turbo charged my self !!!
So Now I have a more athletic, better performing,better looking body than ever (although with lots more grey hair) . I train less rarely at a gym and feel awesome. I want to help other men achieve this too ! And the best way to do it is with a bunch of other lads doing the same thing !!

Runs in 4 Week Blocks So 12 Sessions. Sessions Are Held Indoors in Leigh on a Monday and Wednesday at 2030 and Saturday Morning Sessions are Outdoors at 0800 these will be a varied Locations like the Beach and Leigh Station Steps.
We Appreciate the Busy Life of the 30 Plus Man so we have 2 options
OPTION 1 – £75 for All 12 Sessions
OPTION 2 – £50 for 8 Sessions of Your Choice

My name is Mark Tregilgas and I’m an extremely passionate 32 year old fitness trainer. I believe I have the answers for any guy, aged 30 or over, who has lost his way in the gym, become bored of his current routine and is generally thinking his best days are behind him . . .
A lot of guys aged 30 and over have great intentions with their workout regimes, however, they are often misguided and their efforts go unrewarded. I was one of these guys, back in my twenties, laboring in a busy gym, spending too much time doing monotonous cardio workouts and not getting the right nutrition in me. As you can see below, I wasn’t looking great!
